Privacy policy
Apna Connect is a product of Apna Projections, Hyderabad. This page explains what information we collect and what we do with it, in plain language.
This website
This site does not use cookies, analytics trackers or advertising pixels. When you tap a WhatsApp, Instagram or email link, you leave this site and that service's own policy applies.
When you contact us
If you message us on WhatsApp or email, we keep your name, number and what you asked so we can reply and set up your demo. We do not sell or share this with anyone, and we do not add you to any marketing list without asking.
Your dashboard and your data
- Every client dashboard runs on its own separate database. Your records are not mixed with any other client's.
- Your data belongs to you. We do not open your dashboard or read your records except when you ask us to help with a specific issue.
- We can reset your admin password remotely if you are locked out. We cannot see your existing password.
- If your yearly subscription lapses, your dashboard becomes view-only. Your data is not deleted.
- If you close your account and ask us to, we delete your database.
Live demos
The demo dashboards at apnaconnect.in/demo are shared sandboxes with sample data. Do not enter real customer details there — anything typed in a demo can be seen by other visitors and may be cleared at any time.
